What it does
Paysweep records payments against many Xero invoices and bills at once from a CSV or Excel file. Every row is checked before anything is written, the run needs a typed confirmation, and eligible payments recorded by the run can be undone within 30 days. Reconciled payments and batch payments are left alone and listed with the reason.

From your file
Upload a CSV or Excel file of payments and map its columns to invoice or bill, amount, date and bank account.
Every row checked first
Each row is matched and checked before the run; rows that cannot be recorded are shown with the reason.
Typed confirmation
Nothing is written to Xero until you type the confirmation for the number of payments.
30-day undo for eligible payments
Undo removes eligible payments recorded by that run within 30 days. Reconciled payments and payments that are part of a batch payment are left alone and listed with the reason.

- Paysweep does not move money or make bank payments; it records payments in Xero.

- The first 3 payments per organisation are free once; the allowance does not renew.
