We try to keep every statement on it accurate and current, and we correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not guarantee that the site is free of error or always available.

Applications

Applications are obtained through the marketplace of the platform they are built for, and installing one is also subject to that marketplace's terms and to your agreement with that platform vendor. Where an application has its own licence or terms, those terms govern the application itself; nothing on this page replaces them.

Bulk operations change data in your own account. You are responsible for the changes you confirm, for holding the permissions required to make them, and for keeping your own backups. Our applications preview and audit those changes so you can review them, but the decision to apply them is yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our applications to break the law, to breach a platform's terms, to attempt unauthorised access, or to disrupt service for anyone else. Automated scanning or load testing of this site is not permitted without written permission.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text and its mark, belongs to Atesen Software unless stated otherwise. Platform, product and marketplace names mentioned here belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Atesen Software is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not excluded by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
