Who we are
Atesen Software is an independent software publisher that develops applications for helpdesk and commerce platforms. For any question about this policy, email support@atesensoftware.com.
What this website collects
The catalogue and documentation pages are static files: they run no analytics and load no advertising or social tracking scripts or third-party embeds. One first-party cookie shared by the atesensoftware.com sites, kept 90 days, holds only the website you came from (its host name), the page you landed on and any utm_ tags in the link, so we can tell which channels work; it holds no identifier, goes with your payment record at Paddle if you buy, and is not set if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Our browser extensions' licence checks, the early-access lists and the Telegram game described below have separate data flows.
Our hosting provider necessarily processes the technical data required to deliver a page to your browser — such as your IP address, the requested address and your user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not add tracking on top of that, and we do not build a profile from it.
Telegram game exception. Gem Grid Blast for Telegram loads Telegram's Web App SDK from telegram.org and AdsGram's advertising SDK from sad.adsgram.ai when the page opens, including in a regular browser. Those requests expose your IP address and browser request information to those providers; advertising requests also go to AdsGram when an ad is shown. The game stores your best score and mute preference in local browser storage. Its integration uses Telegram's viewport and interface APIs; our game code does not read or forward Telegram initData. The third-party SDKs process data under their providers' policies: Telegram and AdsGram.
Applications
For Wattline, Tubline and StopMo, see our mobile app privacy policies. Wattline and Tubline communicate directly with local devices; StopMo uploads selected videos for server processing. Their app-specific policies describe these separate data flows.
Our marketplace applications are covered by their own privacy pages, because what an application processes depends on the platform it runs on. As a rule, our applications run on the platform vendor's infrastructure or in your browser, and communicate only with your own account on that platform; they do not send your data to us. Some browser extensions additionally use a Pro licence check; the mobile policies linked above explain their different practices.
Early-access lists
Some pages, such as merging invoices in QuickBooks Online, the HubSpot serverless function and Node 20 checklist and QuickBooks Online intercompany transactions, Stripe payout reconciliation for QuickBooks Online and the commission on cash collected calculator, the Klaviyo active profiles calculator and the guide to suppressing unengaged profiles in Klaviyo, test whether a tool is worth building and offer an early-access list. If you join, we store the e-mail address you enter, the answers you choose in that page's form (for example the software you use, how many companies or portals, monthly volume and a price range) and the time you joined (on the Stripe, commission and Klaviyo pages also that you ticked the consent box), with our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We use them only to e-mail you once when the tool opens and to decide whether to build it; we do not share them or add you to a newsletter. We delete the list entry after that e-mail, or when the test ends without the tool being built, and at any time on request to support@atesensoftware.com. These pages also count page views per day on the server, without cookies and without storing who visited. The commission calculator and the Klaviyo calculator work out their figures in your browser; the amounts, names and profile counts you type into them are not sent to us.
Pro licences and purchases
Some of our browser extensions have a paid Pro plan. When you enter a licence key, the extension sends the key, the product name and a random id for that browser profile to atesensoftware.com, once and then at most once a day, to confirm the licence. We use that only to answer whether the key is valid. Nothing from the pages, mail or data the extension works on is sent.
- Purchases through Polar. Polar (polar.sh), our checkout provider and the seller of record, collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy, and issues the licence key. Licence checks for these keys are passed on to Polar; we do not keep them. We can see the orders in our Polar account to give support and refunds.
- Purchases in Turkish lira. The Turkish payment provider handles the payment. We keep what an invoice and the licence need: your name or company, email address, tax details where required, the order and the key, with the products it unlocks, its expiry and the random ids of the browser profiles it is used on. Invoices are kept for the period Turkish tax law requires.
- We never see card numbers, and we do not use purchase data for marketing.
Email you send us
If you email support, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to keep a history of the issue, and we keep it no longer than that purpose requires. We do not add support correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share correspondence.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@atesensoftware.com and we will answer within a reasonable period. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes affecting an installed application will also be described on that application's page.
