Who we are
Atesen Software is an independent software publisher that develops applications for helpdesk and commerce platforms. For any question about this policy, email support@atesensoftware.com.
What this website collects
Nothing. This website is a set of static files. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising or social tracking scripts, and embeds nothing from a third party. There is no account, no login and no form on this site.
Our hosting provider necessarily processes the technical data required to deliver a page to your browser — such as your IP address, the requested address and your user agent — for delivery, security and abuse prevention. We do not add tracking on top of that, and we do not build a profile from it.
Applications
Our marketplace applications are covered by their own privacy pages, because what an application processes depends on the platform it runs on. As a rule, our applications run on the platform vendor's infrastructure and communicate only with your own account on that platform; they do not send your data to us.
Email you send us
If you email support, we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to keep a history of the issue, and we keep it no longer than that purpose requires. We do not add support correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share correspondence.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@atesensoftware.com and we will answer within a reasonable period. If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Material changes affecting an installed application will also be described on that application's page.
