  • Say which step went wrong (connecting, loading jobs, the preview or the export) and copy the message the page showed.
  • If a resume failed, include the reason from index.csv or from What went wrong, and your browser and its version.
  • Never send your Workable token, passwords or resumes. Support will never ask for them.
